Training baristas is something that happens often at discovery. Just last week we had the Dublin Barista Stephen Morrisey over for a visit as he dazzled us with his amazing techniques i happened to pick up some tricks heres my try at a double.(more to come on Stephens and his lovley partner Jens visit)

Well its my first try at this blog thing so you all will have to bare with all my spelling mistakes, gramatical errors and just plain bad writing. But i will try and talk as much as i can about our passion for coffee and our journey to make it the best we can. With the knowlege base of Sam Jones from 2%jazz and the efforts of his partner John Riopka along with a very hard working family. We feel like we've built an amazing cafe and the base for an incredibly wholesale company. The team at Discovery Coffee spends everyday, ok every waking moment testing, sampling and creating coffee in all its fine forms.
